Orders & Shippings

We provide free shipping for order over €500

Shipments are made via GLS, UPS, Bartolini, DHL & others.

Standard Home Delivery: 1-2 working days and has a cost of €7,90.

During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Every purchase made on giacouture.myshopify.com brings in attachment an invoice with the value of every single item in Euro. For discount items, the invoice shows the discounted amount. 


International Shipping 

International Shipments are made via FedEx or others.

We provide free shipping for order over €500

We will deliver your purchase within 15 to 30 working days after receiving your order confirmation. During high season and sale, delivery might take a little longer.

Shipment costs will be calculated at checkout. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Yes, if your shipping address is wrong, please email us immediately at logistica@giacouture.it

You can edit the address up until you receive a confirmation that your order has been fulfilled. Please note that we can’t edit the address once the order has been shipped. 

Once the order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Sometime it might be in your junk mail/spam.

If you have received a defective, damaged or wrong item, please contact logistica@giacouture.it

RETURNS

Yes, you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


Please note:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, please contact logistica@giacouture.it, indicating your order number. We’ll send you a return form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Please note:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  

Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. The customer can manage the pick-up through a courier of choice, using a trackable shipping method. 
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, a refund will be issued within 2-3 days on your original payment method.

Please remember

It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Size & Fit

Our shoes fits true to size and are Italian sizing.
